Hey, gang! Quick update on where things stand:
The books have arrived and we’re processing orders today and tomorrow to get everything ready for shipment. We’re just waiting on one remaining stretch goal item, which is expected to arrive tomorrow—once that’s in, we’re all set to go.
Bug Bucks points have been added to your account on our website—just make sure you log in using the same email tied to your Kickstarter/Backerkit to view them. If you don’t see your points, send us a message here and we’ll take care of it. And as a reminder, points are calculated based on reward totals only—shipping costs are not included.
You can view and spend your points on our website at www.badbugmidnight.com. Look for the pink circle in the bottom right corner with a white trophy icon.
Fulfillment starts in April!

Hey, folks! As mentioned in our last update, the print order has been placed. Our printer is currently working through a backlog that includes a few of our other projects, but everything is moving along as expected. We anticipate beginning fulfillment in April, which is right in line with the campaign’s original delivery timeframe. Thanks so much for your patience and support!

Digital rewards for Issues 1-5 have been distributed through Backerkit. Be sure to check your spam folder if you’re having trouble locating the email notifying you that your downloads are ready. If you’re having trouble after checking there, reach out to [email protected] and we will get you set up.
We will be placing the print order for Issue 5 on Monday and expect to be fulfilling by mid-March or first week of April at the latest!

Surveys have been sent from Backerkit to the emails associated with your Kickstarter accounts. Be sure to check your spam folder and/or to keyword search “backerkit” before contacting us if you need assistance.
If you’re having trouble or coming into any issues regarding your survey please email [email protected] – messaging or commenting here will not get as quick as a response as if you just email us directly. Be sure to include your backer # and specify which campaign, since we are sending out surveys for new books almost weekly.
We’ll get you taken care of quickly as long as you follow these steps above!

Thank you all for the tremendous support for Dead End Moon. This was our biggest Kickstarter yet for the series and we're greatly appreciative of that.
Three stretch goals were unlocked: the tarot, trading card set, and sticker!
The interior art is complete and lettering is now being wrapped up. You can expect surveys to go out shortly. We will keep you updated!
